Last Saturday I made a trip to Sharps Barbers right near Goodge street station. I’d been needing a haircut for awhile, I usually go to any random barbers in search of the perfect fade but my friend told me about Sharps so I thought I’d go and try it out.
When you walk in

you arrive in a cafe, I was unsure wether I was in the right place and had to ask If I can just walk through? haha It’s a really nice atmosphere inside and the staff we’re really friendly.

Men were getting beard trims and shaves – It seems like a lot of classic gents come here to smarten up their dapper looks haha for years now I’ve always just asked for short back and sides. I used to ask for an undercut but now I get the top faded into the shaved parts and leave it really long on top.
I’ve got naturally curly hair so usually I straighten it – unfortunately proper barbers don’t have hair straighteners so I always have to get it styled curly which I’m not such a fan of. However it’s worth it for the skills of the barbers. Hairdressers just don’t cut it anymore for me, If I go to a salon I end up spending a lot of money on a hairstyle that I didn’t want.
So for me Sharps is a great place for guys to get their hair cut in central London!
What do you think of the finished cut? (7th picture below)
Do you guys know of any other good barbers in central? Let me know!
