Inspiration is one of the most important things in our lives, Inspiration gives us a sense of being, gives us validity, sparks a fire inside of us to actually put our minds towards doing something. It’s a powerful phenomenon that happens to everyone, all the time, that kind of eureka moment where everything makes sense or makes you think about why things make sense. I know this sounds a bit wishy washy but I’m inspired by so many things and have such big dreams that I want to achieve that it really shocks me when some people have no inspiration, no drive or a lack of passion. I think everyone has it inside of them but a lot of the time you can get stuck – once you’re stuck it can sometimes be hard to get re-inspired.

We’re all human and I often find myself stuck for inspiration but when that time comes around I have a few tricks up my sleeve to get back into the swing of things and to bring myself back to that place of inspiration. If like me and everyone else, you find yourself stuck for inspiration, I’ve listed 20 quick and simple ways to re-ignite that fire in your mind, try them all until one works and let me know what you think. Inspiration can in no way be forced but exposing yourself to different scenarios and situations will give you a new perspective on everything and hopefully get the cogs in your brain turning again.

I would add ‘meet new people’ to that list. I feel like meeting new people is something that can teach you a lot in a good way and in a bad way. You may find someone you don’t get on well with, but I’m sure you’ll still learn something from that person.
