NDG is a brand that I’ve been a fan of for a while, I’ve been continuously double tapping their new releases over on Instagram for over a year now. If you’ve never heard of them you should definitely check them out – I think they stand out from other streetwear brands because of their unique pieces, kimono coats, velvet bomber jackets etc and now that they’ve branched into footwear I’m over the moon. I can tell you that the quality is on point (you can see my review the suede chelsea boots over on my YouTube channel here) and their latest releases are unlike any I’ve seen at an affordable price too.

Okay I say affordable but in my mind I’m comparing these pieces to high end designer styles or things like yeezy where the price tag on a T-shirt is £200 +. This Kimono sweater is around £140, the denim is also at the £140 mark and the chelsea boots around £200. I compared the chelseas to the Common Projects boots in my video too – at £350 (CP’s) the NDG Chelseas are a much more affordable price and Chelsea boots are something that will last you a very long time.

The Half Zip feature on the kimono is a nice detail, it also has different fabrics used to make panelling on the shoulders and the back. The denim features ankle zips which is always a bonus and reminds me of Fear of God denim in a way but the NDG denim is by far better quality than any of the high street denim that I usually wear. Also the distressing came attached (intact almost) so it was quite fun ripping through that to create the blown out effect. The Chelsea boots sit perfectly under the denim and they’re extremely comfortable with some nice wasp logo engraving in the leather. I’m definitely excited to see what NDG bring out next, let me know if you have any pieces from NDG or are thinking of getting any!

As always thanks for stopping by and don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions.
